90-Day Coordination

You’ve already completed most of the planning but need a professional to finalize the details, logistics, and ensure the event runs smoothly. Consider this your “day-of” coordinator package, but so much more! Starting 90 days before your wedding we will execute all communications with vendors to confirm arrangements and schedules, finalize a comprehensive timeline and venue layout for the wedding day, and manage all aspects of the wedding day including overseeing load-in, vendor setup, and ensuring everything is seamless on the day-of.
